The three little pigs transform their pigs into cooked and dried charcuterie and preserves.
Located on the first Combrailles hillsides, pigs are born in Lapeyrouse, grow up in Servant, and are transformed in Lalizolle. At a 600 m altitude, breeders dry the meat that will become dry sausages, dry hams. It is also possible to buy fresh meat and other more elaborated products such as pâté de tête et de foie, rillettes.
From 01/01 to 31/12 on Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday between 6 am and 11 am. On Friday between 8 am and 12 pm and between 2 pm and 6 pm. Closed on Monday and weekends.
