Producer of red fruit and vegetables at Domaine du Bois in the commune of Bayet, near Saint-Pourçain-sur-Sioule in the Allier.
Whether grown in open fields or under unheated greenhouses, our growing methods seek to encourage the contribution of beneficial insects, so that we can offer our customers - both private individuals and professionals in the food trade - healthy products of superior taste quality.
The farm's environment takes into account the needs of pollinating insects throughout the year by planting a variety of melliferous flora (flowers, plants and trees) and the proximity of the Sioule stream.
In order to foster a relationship of trust with consumers, EARL Lafont sells its products direct and exclusively through short distribution channels.
A local, meticulous salaried team takes care of both planting and harvesting.
