This part is a transition between the historical territories of the Bourbonnais and Auvergne, where you will cross the first villages with canal tiles, and discover the first Romanesque churches.
You will also encounter the first reliefs of the Massif Central, with a panoramic view over the Chaîne des Puys, leading you to the Limagne fault, and registered to UNESCO’s World Hertitage.

The Grande Traversée du Massif Central in Val de Sioulecan be achieved in one or a half day. Electric bike will allow anyone to enjoy this experience :
- From Contigny, Val d’Allier Natural Reserve, to Chantelle with its abbey and its gorge, passing through the Saint-Pourçain vineyard.
- From Chantelle to Ébreuil, Petite Cité de Caractère, bordered by the Sioule river, via Charroux, one of the Most Beautiful Villages in France.
